Q. Do I require an appointment for an oil change?

A. No. Appointments are not necessary for oil changes. Just take your vehicle directly to our Service Dept. Fast Lube area, and we will change your oil and perform minor maintenance requirements while you wait.

Q. Do you provide free loaners while my vehicle is at MGM for service?

A. No, we have arranged to have rental vehicles available for our customers at very competitive rates.

Q. Do you offer a shuttle service for you service customers?

A. Absolutely. We are pleased to offer you a ride between our dealership and anywhere in Red Deer while your vehicle is being serviced at MGM Ford Lincoln. Transportation outside of Red Deer may be requested and is subject to availability.

A. Not necessarily. Your appointment time is with your advisor. Your vehicle may require specialized technicians and equipment to diagnose and fix your problems. Therefore, shop capacity and technician availability will determine when your vehicle is attended to.
